It was quite a surprise to me when I discovered that Stable Diffusion, at least, was trained on my photography. Likely from Flickr, DeviantArt, PhotoBucket, Adobe Stock Photos, and perhaps even RedBubble. And, I was rather excited! To be able to create images that appear similar to my photography style opened up a new outlet for creativity and discovery, when my body is unable to function normally, when I can't get out and take these types of photos. AI art creation really has been mostly therapeutic for my mental health. The AI car shows and DnD fantasy scenes have been awe inspiring. And hilarious! The AI definitely struggles with geometry. It knows what pixels go near each other, but doesn't understand why... That's why it struggles with fingers, arms, and legs...and the spine. lol! I started pretty early on, with a few random free generator websites, and then into Mage.Space, then Leonardo, and Sea Art currently, even into paying for their services, and I do a lot on the free PerChance servers, but their quality and options are far less than Sea Art, which will likely remain my primary generator. I estimate that I have generated well over 250,000 images. Most of which were trashed. As I was getting ready to create image slideshows, I decided I needed music to accompany them, and so I started creating AI Music. I've now gotten hooked on that, and totally forgotten about the slideshows, I'll get to them eventually. I decided to even post the music to Spotify, and a bunch of other music streaming services. |
